isn't Top Chef Just Dessert's hot host and pastry chef, Johnny Iuzzini, but the new chocolate chip cookie sandwiches at our local Italian bakery, Terrizzi Pastry Shop. Trish or I stop in here at least once a week for a sugary carb fix. Trish spotted these lip-smacking lovelies in the display case a couple of weeks ago on one of our regular bakery outings. These cookies are crack-o-licious!
Imagine, if you will, three drool-worthy bites of cookie heaven - two super soft mini chocolate chip cookies with a gigantic dollop of sweet cream (a cross between vanilla icing and a marshmallow).
